Do not go to this branch for anything. U will simply be asked to call the customer service and leave. I don’t know why they have to even keep this branch open

Unfortunately no 0 star, worst bank I have ever dealt with, costumer service is bad, and 0 consideration, sometimes they take double the amount that they should take for lones or credit card, and when you notice they say by mistake, if you didnt they just keep it.

Very bad customer service.. i came to visit branch for my account closure and executive staff ask me to deposit first and then she ask me to wait for long.. also for credit card service they simply denied and said call customer care number..
The worst bank I ever dealt with. I raised a SR on 29 Jan 19. Till know there is no answer about my query. Nobody even tried to contact you as their promised. They are all only do sweet talk but no action. Made alot of calls to follow up, but still nothing happened. I did international transfer on the 22 Jan. Its neither delivered or refunded back to you. When I asked them, they even cant answer whether my money will be delivered or refunded back. Requested the Swift MT103 document for destination institution to investigate, they promised to send to my email by yesterday. But again nothing happened. Its very hard even to know where your money is. If you can use other bank, better dont deal with this bank . Not worth your time and emotion to deal with them. Even now, I have to wait for hours to see the customer service in DCC.. after tens of calls, nothing happened, its tell us everything about this bank standard toward the customers.
Needs to Focus on service rather than sales oriented

The worst ever banking services that I experienced even as an Elite Gold customer with them!!! Very high interest base rate 8.5%, commercial 9.75%, MBR 5.75%. No transparency on how FAB is calculating these rates and they will change it without informing the customer!!! Takes ages to get simple service such as liability letter or do loan settlement, or even clearance cert. No professionalism, no clear time line for a service and no commitment to deliver a service. Save your time and your money by staying away from this FAB bank.

I rarely write reviews, but they have surely driven me to. The Customer Service is Extremely Disappointing. They started downhill journey when NBAD became FAB!.You can Revamp your Website, Give your agents a Smart Name, Spend Millions on Unnecessary Adverts making false promises but until you are truly Customer Focused, all these are Meaningless!.Three Weeks gone and my issue is still not resolved! Soon as my issue is resolved, ill be ex-FAB for sure.
I wish to give 0 star to this bank and the branch, slow operations logged a request for Checkbook and no updates received/ no information and two days process took 2 weeks. People appointed to take customer complaints doesnt know their own process and gave false hope to give updates
Service is really so bad I have requested for No Liability letter since October 2018 but until now its not yet ready. I have called many times the customer service team but they are all unhelpful, they said they already made a request for the no liability letter but how come its not yet done??? I observed that they dont care about their customer at all!
Dear FAB,Today I went to Withdraw AED 5000, I received SMS that the transaction was done but now money came out from the machine. I tried another time but again the same issue. I checked my balance in another machine I found that there is AED 10000 less from my account. I called customer service and made complaint. I want the oney back within 24 hours otherwise I will go to the court and open case against your bank and ask for compensation.for further contact +971505822996
1 Star for Past FGB (Burjuman, Bur Dubai Branch) who served me for last 10 years🙏FAB Avataar is absolutely careless & confused. Couldn’t respond for 30 mins and then said system down.Happy that on another issue Call Center understood & noted my query, and showed extra efforts to handle another issue. They have maintained their service quality.

Very dirty bank they will drink your blood l have bad experience this bank that I fully paid my credit card out standing and I went to Indian when I come back after three years they call me and told to pay 4500 I asked them they said it is not any pending its charges and they put penalty on it now I need to pay .. friends dont deal with them they dont have any shame to eat your blood harram
